ARRANGÉ BLARD

On Réunion Island, Rhum Arrangé is first and foremost a family affair. In Creole homes, every household kept its own demijohn, filled with fruit from the garden and local spices, and the recipe was handed down from one generation to the next, rarely written down. Lychees, passion fruit, Victoria pineapples and José mangoes rested for months in rum, following the rhythm of the island’s seasons. It is this savoir-faire that Arrangé Blard chose to carry on in 2020, in its workshop in Saint-Paul, with the standards of a true artisan: carefully selected local fruit, entirely handmade preparation and slow maceration, with no shortcuts. Today the collection counts 10 flavours, from Letchi to Café Bourbon Pointu, each with its own aromatic profile. Already available in some sixty points of sale on Réunion Island and in five territories, Arrangé Blard invites you to discover a house that carries Réunion’s heritage far beyond its shores.

ARRANGÉ BLARD ANANAS

70cl - 36.56°

The Victoria pineapple, an emblematic variety of Réunion Island renowned for its exceptional quality, stands out for its small size, juicy flesh and unrivalled sweetness. Grown on the island's volcanic soils, it concentrates all the richness of the local sun. We wanted to capture this tropical freshness in a Rhum Arrangé that pays tribute to a fruit that is the pride of our agriculture.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale yellow with amber hues, inherited from the sunny colour of the pineapple.

Nose: Caramelised pineapple from the maceration dominates, complemented by pleasant notes of honey.

Palate: Fine, with the aromatic intensity of the fruit giving a rich, powerful and lightly vanilla palate.

Finish: Caramel and roasted pineapple.

ARRANGÉ BLARD BIBASSE

70cl - 34.73°

The bibasse, or loquat, is a forgotten fruit that grows quietly in Creole gardens and heralds the return of the southern winter on Réunion Island. Its orange, juicy and fragrant flesh recalls apricots and white peaches, with an almost honeyed natural sweetness. We wanted to pay tribute to this local treasure with a delicate Rhum Arrangé that captures the floral and fruity essence of the bibasse.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Bright gold with amber glints, lightly veiled by the natural pulp of the fruit.

Nose: Delicate and floral: white peach, apricot, acacia and honey, with a hint of sweet almond in the background.

Palate: A superb flavour of frangipane and toasted almonds, with honey present but never overly sweet, on a round and silky texture.

Finish: Soft and indulgent, between a floral return and a delicate note of almond.

ARRANGÉ BLARD CITRON GALET

70cl - 36.87°

The citron galet, a rare citrus fruit from the highlands of Réunion Island and endemic to the Indian Ocean, owes its name to its knobbly peel, like a pebble polished by time. Its intensely fragrant zest and bright acidity make it a citrus apart, prized for its aromatic power. We wanted to capture this liveliness in a Rhum Arrangé that reveals the full character of this local citrus.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Clear with green, aniseed glints, shifting over the weeks towards an amber yellow-green.

Nose: A fresh citrus scent dominates, complemented by subtle aromas of Bourbon vanilla.

Palate: Citrus notes rest on the sweetness of vanilla, in a fine balance between power and freshness.

Finish: A light bitterness, softened by honey and vanilla.

ARRANGÉ BLARD GOYAVIER

70cl - 37.18°

The goyavier, or strawberry guava, is a wild fruit picked in the island's highlands, with deep red flesh and an inimitable fragrance. Its tangy flavour, both fruity and wild, reflects the richness of the local trails where it grows naturally. We wanted to capture this wild Réunion authenticity in a Rhum Arrangé that reveals all the brilliance of this ruby fruit of the highlands.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Amber, turning bright red as the maceration progresses.

Nose: Light and refined, the gentle acidity of the goyavier blending into a balance of honey and vanilla.

Palate: A tangy, frank attack with good length.

Finish: Tangy and vanilla.

ARRANGÉ BLARD LETCHI

70cl - 36.67°

The lychee, a pearly fruit harvested in the island's orchards, reveals white, delicate flesh with an incomparable floral fragrance. Its subtle sweetness and slightly musky notes recall the generous market stalls of the end of the year on Réunion Island. We wanted to capture this pearly delicacy in a Rhum Arrangé that elevates this precious fruit from the local garden.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Orange-yellow with dark glints, where the white flesh of the lychee meets the dark tones of vanilla.

Nose: Fresh, juicy lychee takes the lead, supported by light notes of rose geranium and spices.

Palate: Great finesse combined with fine aromatic power.

Finish: Long and persistent, with subtle touches of rose geranium.

ARRANGÉ BLARD LONGANI

70cl - 37.71°

The longani, or longan, is the lychee's discreet cousin. It grows in the shade of Creole gardens, where it is picked fully ripe. Its translucent flesh reveals a musky, slightly woody flavour, less known than that of its exotic cousins but just as precious. We wanted to capture this aromatic singularity in a Rhum Arrangé that honours this little-known fruit of our land.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale yellow with beautiful golden glints, where the white flesh of the longani meets the dark tones of vanilla.

Nose: The fruit dominates, sweet and bewitching, with subtle notes of vanilla and English sweets.

Palate: The sweetness of the fruit gradually lightens, in a balance between power and subtlety.

Finish: Very fine and harmonious.

ARRANGÉ BLARD MANGUE

70cl - 36.60°

The José mango, an emblematic variety of Réunion's orchards, stands out for its melting, fibre-free flesh and intense orange colour. Its tropical fragrance and natural sweetness make it one of the most sought-after mangoes on the island. We wanted to capture this sunny intensity in a Rhum Arrangé that celebrates this treasure of the local orchard.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Yellow with soft orange glints, recalling the colours of magma.

Nose: A rich and very soft aromatic landscape of mango, honey and vanilla.

Palate: Fine, flavourful and long, carried by the generous natural sugar of the mango and a light caramelised touch.

Finish: Soft and vanilla.

ARRANGÉ BLARD PASSION

70cl - 37.40°

Passion fruit, commonly called grenadine on Réunion Island, grows in abundance on the island's slopes, where its vine winds its way through the seasons. Its tangy, fragrant pulp, full of small crunchy seeds, is one of the most emblematic fruits of the Creole garden. We wanted to capture this aromatic intensity in a Rhum Arrangé that pays tribute to the exotic fruit par excellence.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Orange, with the pulp and translucent black seeds of the fruit spread throughout the decanter.

Nose: Bewitching passion fruit, with floral and fruity notes.

Palate: Every facet is revealed: tangy, soft, with fine aromatic power and great length.

Finish: Persistent, with tangy nuances.

ARRANGÉ BLARD TAMARIN

70cl - 40.97°

Tamarind, a fruit with a strong character, has grown on Réunion Island for generations. Its unique tangy taste, both sour and sweet, recalls a local childhood and taste buds tingling in the sun. We wanted to capture this intensity in a Rhum Arrangé that pays tribute to this emblematic fruit.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Amber with bronze hues, slightly cloudy from the natural presence of pulp and small pieces of peel.

Nose: Tamarind is immediately recognisable: very lively acidity, woody, full-bodied and spicy notes.

Palate: An explosion of flavours, powerful and generous, between the unique acidity of the fruit, earthy accents and a slightly peppery touch.

Finish: Very long, on wood and cocoa, lifted by a hint of bitterness and a delicate spicy return.

ARRANGÉ BLARD BOURBON POINTU

Limited Edition

70cl - 42°

This recipe existed even before the House was born, created by Josian Blard. Bourbon Pointu, a rare coffee variety emblematic of Réunion Island, is at its heart: its roasted beans, combined with a traditional white rum and spices, make a unique blend. The House's first limited edition, launched in September 2024 in 974 numbered bottles, it pays tribute to the roots of the Blard family and to the local terroir.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Brown, intense and deep.

Nose: Intense notes of coffee and chocolate, enhanced by the roundness of honey.

Palate: Great aromatic complexity between Bourbon Pointu coffee, cocoa and a fine smoky side from the roasting of the beans.

Finish: Peaty, long and generous.
