soif

SOIF (Spiritueux d’Origine Incontestablement Française) began with a meeting between Fred, Jérôme and Pierre-Olivier. All three come from the world of wine and love good food and drink, and the original idea was the classic ‘What if we made our own gin? So SOIF started out as a slightly selfish venture by three friends who wanted to produce and drink exactly their ideal of gin.

SOIF - LE GIN

70cl - 40°

The first nose is marked by juniper and a rather floral side. This is followed by citrus notes, first lemon and then timut pepper. An explosive, complex and atypical nose that leaves no one indifferent. On the palate, the attack is round and full-bodied, combining lemony and floral notes. The sweetness of the attack is replaced by a mid-palate and a finish marked by spices, the aroma shifting to notes of resin, Sichuan pepper and hints of black pepper, Vietnamese pepper and lampong pepper. This gin will win you over with its amber colour and strong character.

ANDROGIN

70cl - 40°

On the nose, AndroGin develops a skilful blend of juniper and clementine. The citrus notes take over, adding finesse and elegance. On the palate, the aromatic palette is completely different from that of the first gin. The attack and mid-palate are dominated by the almost bewitching floral notes of jasmine. The finish is spicier, with notes of white pepper and vanilla. This is a complex gin with character, based on finesse and elegance. Its unusual blue colour is 100% natural; it comes from the use of butterfly pea flower, renowned for its antioxidant and anti-stress properties that help stimulate the memory. In contact with pure gin, it expresses itself in its original form and colour, but when you add Tonic, its name AndroGin takes on its full meaning.
