INSIDER SPICE RUM
70cl - 33°
An artisanal method: Maceration for more than 1 month (traditional macerations do not exceed 15 days). The spices are added in a precise order and gradually so that the first additions blend perfectly with the 65° white agricultural rum. The contents are then regularly ‘stirred’ by hand throughout the maceration. Dilution is slow and gradual (from 65° to 33°) to preserve all the flavours of the white agricultural rum. Progressive double filtering (by decanting) to maintain the right level of spice and that distinctive amber colour. A unique flavour, the result of the combination of white agricultural rum and 7 spices.
Tasting Notes
